about tim musson
Ten plus years of professional work experience in environmental science and engineering; focused on environmental due diligence and remediation / mitigation.
My favorite part of owning a home inspection business is engaging with my customers, answering their questions, and providing the feedback needed to formulate a decision on the purchase or sale of the home.
Through an entrepreneur-type attitude and having an engineering education – I’ve naturally been drawn to the inspection process, and I enjoy writing a technical (easy to read) report for my customers. In conjunction with home inspections, I work in the environmental science field – processing knowledge often times incorporated into the home inspection. This includes professional experience in radon measurement and system construction, petroleum soils / groundwater, asbestos, and mold.
